Corporate Housing or staffing solutions are typically 30 days or more typically this type of housing is for people who have jobs in this area, for a short period of time, from Doctors to Interns or Executives to contractors.  Some of our vacation homes can be rented this way, it just depends on how long of stay and what your needs are. These homes come fully-furnished with all furniture, basic cookware, linens/towels, small appliances such as coffeemakers, irons & alarm clocks, major appliances like microwaves, refrigerator, stove and washer/dryer, plants & pictures, accessories, maid service as special request and all utilities included, even cable.  Phone service depends on each individual property.
